Molly is available to a local family for guardian ownership.
Qualifying Families must 
Live within 30 minutes of Saratoga Springs.
Own their own home.
Have a fenced yard.
Cannot have any other un-neutered dogs.
No plans to move within the next 4 years. 
Guardian families will make up to $1000 on all litters (up to 4)
Molly will come to our home while she delivers and nurses her puppies. 
Cost is $500
This fee can come out of the profits of her first litter.

Bianca is our 32 lb. F1 Bernedoodle with amazing coloring. This is her last litter.
Bennie is a 24lb chocolate merle poodle.
Both parents are Genetic and Health tested to ensure only the healthiest of puppies. 
Puppies are 75% poodle and 25% Bernese (F1b)
All puppies have a 2 year health guarentee.
 
There are 2 Merle boys and 1 phantom tri girl available.
These puppies will have little to no shedding and are great for those with allergies.
 
All puppies will weigh between 25 and 40 lbs full grown. Ready to go home on Feb17th
